Who is Graham Foster as mystery woman escapes his van in Corriedale?
OMG. Emmerdale’s Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) has returned from the dead.
The iconic face, apparently killed off in 2020, was seen during tonight’s Coronation Street and Emmerdale crossover episode Corriedale.
The character was absolutely ruthless during his time in the Dales.
A whodunnit storyline aired after his death and while Graham has been mentioned since, no one – not even us – considered that he was possibly alive this entire time.
It’s been quite a few years since we last saw Graham, so here’s everything you need to know about the character, including what he was doing in Corriedale, and who ‘killed’ him in 2020.
Who is Graham Foster in Emmerdale?

When Kim Tate (Claire King) went to prison around 2012, she tasked Graham with looking after son Jamie Tate. At the time, Graham was struggling with an alcohol addiction and got Andrea, a barmaid, to get close to Jamie as an alternative.
Andrea and Graham had a relationship that lasted around 6 months, but it ended when Andrea stopped reporting back to Graham about Jamie’s movements. She then fell in love with Jamie, and they had a child together called Millie.
In 2017, Graham met Charity (Emma Atkins) and Debbie Dingle at a hotel in a bid to keep their luxury car hire firm afloat.
A year later, Graham began drinking heavily on the anniversary of his wife’s death, leading to a fight between him and Joe Tate (Ned Porteous). Graham apologised for his actions, and Joe eventually forgave him. After Joe got into trouble with a man called Connor, Graham sorted him out for Joe.
A couple of months later, Graham was told by Kim to get rid of Joe. He had no choice, and told Joe to leave the village after giving him £100,000.
Graham was then confronted by Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), who was furious with Joe after breaking Debbie’s heart. Cain found Joe and confronted him, leading to Joe falling and hitting his head on a rock. Graham proceeded to let Cain believe that he killed Joe.
In 2019, when Kim was re-released from prison, she discovered CCTV images of Joe that confirmed he’s alive.
Between this and his death in January 2020, Graham began a relationship with Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry), and also took a DNA test to see if he was the father of Andrea’s daughter Millie.
Who killed Graham in Emmerdale?

The whodunnit storyline that launched after Graham’s murder listed Andrea, Al Chapman, Jamie, Charity, Kim, Jai Sharma and Marlon Dingle all as main suspects, while the likes of Rhona, Pierce Harris, Ryan Stocks and Joe were all alternative suspects.
The plot highlighted different perspectives, noting the reasons why each character could possibly want Graham dead.
It was eventually revealed that Pierce, the man who raped Rhona, was the person who ‘murdered’ Graham. He hit him over the head, and then fought Graham in the woods.
Pierce then hit Graham with his car, leading to him falling off a cliff. Surprisingly, he survived this, but Pierce delivered one final blow to the head, and covered Graham’s body in leaves after.
Why is Graham in Corriedale?

Amid the multi-vehicle pile up in Corriedale, Graham Foster was seen driving a van with an unknown figure in the back. The person then escaped and made a run for it, with Graham telling someone on the phone that they now have a problem.
Understatement if you ask us.
But just who is the person in the van?
