Bold & Beautiful is known for playing fast and loose with reality to further a juicy soap story, but it may finally have taken things a step too far after introducing a plot point so utterly unbelievable that it stretches all the envelopes!

We get that Luna is riding her one-track mind to Willville. The young woman is beyond obsessed with the object of her desire, not only because she’s attracted to him and his family’s money, but also because she sees the connection as a get out of jail free card.

It was a stretch to believe that she’d be up for skulking around in a disguise playing bartender a day or so after waking up from a near-death state, but, hey, it’s a soap. It was also a tad unbelievable that she’d be physically up for a sexual romp given the situation, but there we were, with Luna furthering her agenda by raping a drunken Will.

Far from remorseful about her actions, Luna proceeded to gloat to her granny about the sexual assault, making a . But for Nozawa, it’s all about the end goal, which is to wind up pregnant with Will’s baby as a means of getting everything she wants. The vision? She and her victim playing happy families while his father, Bill, works to keep her out of prison.

Given the timely nature of her plan, we can understand Luna pre-ordering her pregnancy test in preparation for confirmation, but does Bold & Beautiful really expect us to believe that she thought she could take the test and get a result the day after having sex?!

It had been just over 24 hours since Luna sexually assaulted Will, so unless she’s way less intelligent than we’ve assumed, it makes no sense that she’d think she could get an answer this early. It’s would be impossible to detect a pregnancy with a urine, or even a blood test, this soon in real life, and frankly, having the character test the next day defies even the messiest of soap logic. The envelope simply doesn’t stretch that far!
