The November 25 episode of General Hospital promises to be a game-changer for Willow. How she responds to Drew’s proposal is sure to decide once and for all whether Michael allows her to see Wiley and Amelia as well as whether fans will ever be able to root for her again.

That Drew would pop the question again makes sense. He’s been single-minded in his pursuit of Willow since their affair blew up her marriage to Michael. No matter how much worse Drew has made Willow’s life, he’s continued to push for them to be together. But if she says yes… eesh.

Should Willow re-commit to Drew, she can basically kiss her kids goodbye. There’s no way in hell that Michael would let her anywhere near them — not with Congressman Cutthroat as part of the package. In Michael’s eyes, Drew is the devil — and he’s not necessarily wrong about that when you consider his long list of misdeeds.

Perhaps even worse for Willow is, if she becomes re-engaged to Drew, she can also kiss the fandom goodbye. As it is, most viewers think that at this point she deserves Drew. She initiated their fling. She turned a blind eye to his obvious flaws. She ran back to him when she needed money and support. If she blows this last chance to sever her ties with him — and rebuild her connection with the audience — she might as well go full-blown villainess!
